What is Fentadope?

Fentadope also known as fentanyl laced heroin is the term used for drugs usually sold as “heroin” that contains Fentanyl or fentanyl analogs. Sometimes the drug mixture contains heroin but more often than not heroin is completely absent.

Fentadope can come in many forms. As a powder in many colors, ranging from brown, beige and white which imitate powder heroin to pink yellow red and blue. It can also come as a black tar imitating the heroin on the west coast, or as small rocks or pebbles.

Because fentanyl is an opioid drug with a similar feeling and action to heroin its difficult for users to tell the 2 apart, and many times users actually think what they are buying and using is heroin when in fact it is Fentadope. Even for the most experienced users it can be almost impossible to tell the two apart just by using them.

Fentanyl ands its analogs can be 10-1000 times stronger than heroin making it very dangerous and easy to overdose on.

Fentadope is now the most prevalent form of “heroin” in America and Canada and quickly spreading. Over the past 10 years its exploded in popularity and quickly taken over the “heroin” market. Slowly real heroin has been phased out and replaced. You’d be hard pressed to find real heroin nowadays. I've sampled hundreds of batches of heroin on the east cost and slowly over the past 10 years heroin has been almost completely replaced.

So if your using "heroin/dope" in America or Canada chances are that its Fentadope
