Dangers of Fentadope / Street Fentanyl / Fentanyl laced heroin

Fentadope is extremely dangerous for multiple reasons.

• Fentanyl and its analogs are extremely powerful (10-1000 times as powerful as heroin/morphine) and potent painkillers. Because of that it is extremely easy to overdose on.

• Fentanyl and its analogs are is so potent that it can have effects with quantities as small as a grain of salt. Now imagine trying to evenly mix a few grains of salt into a bowl of sugar and then taking the bowl of sugar and using a spoon to make 10 different piles of sugar. Some piles may have no grains of salt and some may have a few grains of salt. The same applies to batches and bags of Fentadope. The bags that have more fentanyl are called hotspots or “hot”. So someone can try one bag or dose from a batch and think they’ve gauged the strength and they can handle it and on the next dose OD.

• Fentanyl and its analogs are so powerful that sometimes it takes multiple doses of Narcan (the opiate overdose reversal Medication) to reverse an overdose. This keeps the person unconscious longer because more doses need to be administered and also if someone is only carrying one or two narcan kits with them it may not be enough.

• People should always know what drug they are using and if someone thinks they are using heroin and are actually using fentadope it poses its own set of dangerous issues

Because of the dangers of fentadope (dope cut with fentanyl or its analogs) it is best to stay far away from it. Never try it, and if you have stop immedietly. Sadly, it is extremely easy to overdose die from it and if you survive you can easily become addicted and destroy your life.

Because fentanyl is now laced in so many different drugs I recommend staying away from all street drugs.
