So happy to have found this sight

I tried ro detox about 2 yrs ago and didn't use suboxone becuz I experienced precis once b4 and it was horrible. My attempt ro detox 2 yrs ago off fent was so different then any of my previous MANY opiate detoxes... I didn't really experience and wd symptoms for almost 9 days it was so crazy. We are all in this together.....

I love the fact that this site does not judge and truly speaks to those who may be looking at quitting fent, but not sure they want to.

Nothing is sugar coated, and nothing is pressuring. If you want to quit, we wanna help. That's the message I get.

Welcome to the site and community!

Congratulations on your clean time, thats a big accomplishment!

I love how you mention that we are all in this together. Drug users, former drug users and people in recovery will always have a unique ability to help others like them, and thats one of the goals of this site, to be a non judgmental community where people like you can share your experience, advice and support with others.

Welcome again to the site, we are glad to have you!

I've withdrew completely 3 times in extended stays in jail and always started using again when I got out. I've started and successfully got off methadone twice. The first time I only lasted a few weeks, the second I was clean for 3 years. About 4 or 5 months ago I started getting pain pills from a co worker every now and again for my back pain from my labor intensive job and inevitably asking another coworker for fentanyl and I've been hooked on it since. I found a place where I could get Suboxone prescribed to me and they also gave me some c…
